Shipping policy

We will honor an EXCHANGE in the case that your item was damaged during shipment. You must return item within 21 days of receipt in order for us to honor the exchange. To return your product, you should send us an email at contact@tribeandsoul.com. Instructions will be provided during the email correspondence. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping cots are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, TribeandSoul.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please consider extended carrier shipping times due to COVID-19.
